What is Seeing?
The eye is a delicate and complex part of the human body and just like many organs, muscles, and tendons, it needs to be used to stay fresh and strong. It is not just paintings and sculptures that can be seen as “art”, in fact, we are constantly surrounded by art. Learning how to Look is about training your eye to engage meaningfully with everything around you. I think if the 20th century taught the art world anything, it is that anything can be art if given the chance to be seen as such.
